Recently I watched a live Terrence Trent D'arby dvd via Netflix. The show was from right after his debut hit, and was all around a great performance. I've always been pretty into TTD. Great voice, multi-instrumentalist, and a knack for writing great r&b/pop tunes. Too bad his ego got the best of him early on. I was supposed to see him in Pittsburgh a few year back, but he canceled. Such is my luck.
At any rate, after watching this dvd, I've been on a TTD kick. Here's one of the greats from his debut LP, Introducing the Hardline According to Terrence Trent D'arby.
