But that was small-minded of me. It's a great album. I had it on cassette, so the little "Fingertips" medley really was a medley. Would have been interesting to have had the CD, where you could put the tracks on "shuffle" and have them scattered all around, which might have been TMBG's intention...

"Aren't you the guy who hit me in the eye?"WIUP's The Sunday Sampler with Marc Morrisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17977180539664595275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8388087372223995882.post-69326373965174031342010-02-20T02:36:13.497-05:002010-02-20T02:36:13.497-05:00They're always a fun listen. I'm told that there are a LOT of teenagers at there shows, even these days.

I honestly only have Flood and Apollo 18, but both were huge amongst my group of friends in middle/high school. Especially Apollo, and that great medley at the end.

"Please pass the milk, please."Gonzohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10383923902998495200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8388087372223995882.post-16004947592657564812010-02-19T11:44:07.136-05:002010-02-19T11:44:07.136-05:00These guys are great and there doesn't seem to...These guys are great and there doesn't seem to be any limits to their creativity, but this one has such an innate sweetness to it that it really adds another nice layer to their usual clever turns of phrase and melodic invention --knocks it out of the park for me. Still a little too peculiar for pop radio, I suppose, but if there was any justice, this should have been huge for them.WIUP's The Sunday Sampler with Marc Morrisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17977180539664595275noreply@blogger.com
